424 Sycamore Rd. Six cars all over the street. Complaints of being unable to pass and having to drive in people’s yards.
464 Sycamore Rd. Rental property that is not taken care of. Dogs left in house with no one living there. Humane society has been contacted to investigate.
The new owner of 10816 Lower Valley Pike states that he is having a hard time pulling out of his driveway due to the trees located at 10790 Lower Valley Pike. He stated that the resident that lives there will not allow him to trim the trees back and has even called the Sheriff on him.
Can we help? Trustee Dave Phares said he will contact the engineer’s office for help in this matter since this is a county road.
Four more lots in the Donnelsville Cemetery have been sold. FYI, a price list of surrounding cemeteries is attached for you to see and compare prices of Donnelsville VS other cemeteries. (Donnelsville $300 per grave; New Carlisle $600 per grave; Medway Cemetery $650 for one or $600 each if bought two or more; Glen Haven Memorial Park $1,895.)
Trustee Don Minton stated we will look at this at the beginning of the new year.

Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner being served at 6:30 p.m.
The dinner cost for each current Township Trustee and Fiscal Officer will be paid by the County Engineer. You may bring a guest if you so desire, although at your own expense of $25 per person. Reservations must be made by November 24, 2021

2021 Township Officials Training in Delaware County is Saturday, December 4, 2021. The time is 7:30 am to 12:30 PM. It is open to all township officials.
21-11-09-06 Trustee Dave Phares moves to approve the hiring of Angel Stastny for the cleaning job at both Community Centers pending the outcome of her pre-employment tests. The pay rate is $13.00 per hour. Second by Trustee Nancy Brown. R/C: All ayes.
Clark County Community Development would like to know if we would be interested in going in with the Land Bank and paying to demolish the building on the corner of Lake Rd. and Cedar. The cost is approx. $26,000.00. This includes the removal of trash and tires before the demolition. More discussion will be needed to make this decision.

21-11-09-07 Trustee Don Minton moves to approve the Request to purchase of 2 V18-BL-SP Supervac fan $4,845.00 each total $9,690.00 from All American Fire equipment. These are battery powered fans with batteries and chargers and will replace current electric and battery powered fans. We took generators off E-54 and the New Rescue which saved us 52,000 in initial costs plus the maintenance costs. (I believe this savings is worth the costs of the fan states Chief Jacob King). 21-11-09-08 Trustee Nancy Brown moves to approve the request to purchase 4” Storz w/ Cap Revolution Intake Valve (Swivel Elbow Inlet) At a cost of $1726.50 each. Requesting 3 of these for a total cost of 5,179.50. Second by Trustee Don Minton. R/C: All ayes.
21-11-09-09 Trustee Dave Phares moves to approve a then and now for Door’s Galore in the amount of $5,757.00 for the service call to install trim and wrap the entire (8) jams of overhead doors at the fire station. Second by trustee Don Minton. R/C: All ayes.

21-11-09-10 Trustee Dave Phares moves to approve a then and now to pay for four catch basins already installed at a total cost of $6,400.00., and to contract with Glenn Lewis Construction for the replacement of four more catch basins in the Park Layne area. The cost of each basin is not to exceed $1,800.00. This will be weather permitting. Second by Trustee Don Minton. R/C: All ayes.
21-11-09-11 Trustee Don Minton moves to approve payment to the Clark County Engineers $2,232.80 for the purchase of pipe and bands for ditch work on Lammes Lane. Second by Trustee Nancy Brown. R/C: All ayes.
