At their January 14, 2020 meeting the Trustees approved a motion to declare the property at 527 Snider Rd., New Carlisle, (parcel #010050000902003) a nuisance needing to be abated. Junk and trash, including a junk vehicle and old water heaters, must be removed from the property or enclosed within a secured building within seven days from the date of this notice or the township will clean up the property and the costs will be assessed to the owner’s property tax duplicate.
