The Clark County Park District is sponsoring a class on pressure canning chicken Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 6-8pm at the Styer Park Building on Gerlaugh Rd. (the old Lions Den at the baseball park). Reservations are required and the cost is $10, which includes refreshments, handouts, and a jar of chicken to take home.
